When you give things to others, you give it back to yourself. When you do something to others, you do it to yourself. Thus, if you do nothing (if you wait), nothing is being given and therefore, nothing may be received. A spiritual law of the universe is: In order to receive, you must first give. The more you give, the more you receive. But even better then that, when you do receive, you receive much more than you gave, for it is the rule - you shall always receive more than that which you gave. So see giving as an investment in yourself. Giving is something that you have to DO...waiting accomplishes nothing in this regard. So work to give others and do it without a second thought.
