Find Happiness.

Happiness is considered a very important therapy, both physically and mentally. With it, we are inspired to accomplish whatever goals we want to achieve. It's a strong drive that keeps us going and helps us live our life every single day.

Be pleased with even the minor details of your life. Every night before going to sleep, try to think of some happy thoughts from your day. Take time to be grateful for your partner who is there for you through thick and thin, for your friends who support you all the way

Start and end your day with a smile. Smiling is a very powerful gesture. There's no need for words to describe how pleasant it is.

Learn to forgive individuals who hurt you. This may be difficult to do, but when you get over your bitterness, you will be able to find happiness more easily.
